Emma and I were able to go to Florence this past weekend. It was so good to see everyone. I actually got to see Uncle Mark too, so I saw the majority of my family plus my “just as good as family” friends! (The only bad thing was I didn’t take a single picture—sorry you’ll have to read a boring post instead of look at adorable pictures of Emma.)
I arrived quite late on Thursday, but started my day around 7AM Friday. Although I was awake quite early, I didn’t do too much in the morning besides catch up on the previous night’s episodes of Private Practice and Grey’s Anatomy. That afternoon, Daddy and I went to Huntsville to look at new cars for me! I have narrowed it to two cars—a regular one and a hybrid. That’s all I’m going to say for now!
Saturday, I was able to surprise Gram and Grandaddy who apparently did not know I was coming into town. It seemed like Gram was going to cry when she saw Emma and I! We had a great lunch and good conversation.
Sunday, I went to church despite forgetting my church clothes on my bed in Auburn. Thankfully, I could wear some of Mom’s shoes! It was so good to see my choir friends and misbehave in choir practice!
Emma and I are finally back in Auburn and we’re gearing up for the week. Hopefully, I will have out-of-town company this weekend, so we need to get some things done in preparation this week!
Have a wonderful week! :)
