Busy Tuesday

Today has been busy so far. Tuesday and Thursday are my busy days when I have class from 8 to 10:45 and then again from 12:30 to 1:45. I know this doesn't seem like much class, but in order to get an "approved" parking place, should I choose to drive, I need to be in the parking lot shortly after 7:15. I pretty much have to drive on these days because Emma can't go from about 6 to 2 without going outside. Then I'm home from about 11 to 12 before I have to get back to school and try to get another "approved" parking space. Today, I actually managed to get the same place from this morning back!

Now that I'm home, I need to take Emma back outside so she can spend some time outside of her "Tupperware". She's been so sweet lately and I hate to keep her locked up any more than absolutely necessary. She's asleep right now, so I don't feel so bad about leaving her in there for the moment.

I have to get ready soon for a meeting tonight about Internships and the MAc (Masters of Accountancy) program. I don't mind so much going to the meeting, but I do hate that we have to dress up. It's sometimes a hassle to quit what I'm doing to take the time to get dressed and looking appropriate for my new business casual wardrobe.

Between now and getting ready, I need to work a little on my Individual Income Tax class work. I found out today that I got another 90 on my exam from Thursday of last week. I was pretty nervous that I didn't perform as well this time, but was pleasantly surprised. The average was about a 74, so I guess I'm doing something right. We have a tax return due in a week that we are allowed to complete as a group project, but I want to work on it a little by myself to make sure I have an understanding of what we're doing and to make sure I'm not just letting the others take the lead. I also need to work some problems and read for my Audit class, but that might have to wait until after the meeting. I also have work for Finance that is due Thursday and I'm thinking about getting started on it soon, since it's still fresh on my mind. I guess I should also be preparing for my Managerial Accounting test next Tuesday. I have that test next week as well as a Finance test on Wednesday. I can't forget about my Marketing class either. We have a test on Halloween, so I have quite a while to prepare, but I don't want to be cramming at the last minute.

Whew…that's a lot of things to get done! I better get started! : - )
